Boateng signs with the Berlusconi Club
Kevin-Prince Boateng is the new player for the Italian second division club AC Monza. This was officially announced by the club led by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi on Monday.
Boateng comes from the first division club AC Florence, with whom he still had a contract until summer 2021. In Monza, which is only 25 kilometers from Milan, the Boateng family’s adopted home, he initially receives a one-year contract. Berlusconi has previously announced the goal of Serie A promotion for the small town club. For the 33-year-old Boateng it is already the 14th station of his professional career. In the Bundesliga, the offensive all-rounder laced up his football boots for Hertha BSC, Borussia Dortmund, Schalke 04 and Eintracht Frankfurt.
Pep gets slides – Otamendi leaves City
Start coach Pep Guardiola gets reinforcements for his vulnerable central defense. The Portuguese Ruben Dias is moving from Benfica Lisbon to the English soccer runner-up Manchester City for around 71 million euros. In return, Manchester’s Nicolas Otamendi will play for the Portuguese record champions, for which City will receive 15 million euros. Benfica announced the agreement in principle on Sunday, but both players have yet to sign the contracts.
The deficiencies on the defensive of ManCity became more than clear on Sunday evening. In the home game against Leicester City, the team received a bitter 2: 5 bankruptcy. Guardiola had to accept five goals for the first time in the 686th game of his coaching career. Dias should give the defense more stability after the departure of Vincent Kompany last summer.
Leipzig brings defensive talent
Bundesliga club RB Leipzig signed defensive talent Josko Gvardiol on July 1, 2021. The 18-year-old comes from the Croatian top club Dinamo Zagreb and has a five-year contract with the Champions League semi-finalists.
“With Josko Gvardiol we were able to sign one of the greatest European defensive talents,” said RB Leipzig’s sports director Markus Krösche. With the left foot in the squad you will “be set up in a more variable perspective,” said Krösche.
Leipzig gives Lookman to Fulham
The planned loan from Ademola Lookman to Fulham FC is apparently perfect. According to matching media reports, the striker of the Bundesliga soccer club RB Leipzig is moving to the English Premier League for one year. Lookman came to Leipzig in the summer of 2019 for 18 million euros and still has a contract with the Saxons until 2024. Last season, the 22-year-old played eleven times in the league for RB, but was only in the starting line-up once.
The purchase of central defender Josko Gvardiol, which has also been initiated, is about to be completed. The 18-year-old is expected to complete the medical check on Monday, but will stay with Dinamo Zagreb at least until winter. The transfer fee is 18 million euros.
Report: Bayern talent Cuisance shortly before moving to England
Leeds United are on the verge of signing Michael Cuisance. This is reported by the French sports newspaper “L’Equipe” and the Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. Accordingly, the Premier League climber is ready to transfer 20 million euros for the services of the midfield talent to Bayern. The Frenchman should get a contract with the “Whites” until the summer of 2025.

Cuisance moved from Borussia Mönchengladbach to FC Bayern in the summer of 2019 for 12 million euros, but could not prevail. The 21-year-old’s contract, which has so far only been used in eleven competitive games for Munich, runs until summer 2024.
Manager confirms: Union shortly before Karius commitment
Union Berlin is about to sign Loris Karius. The Eiserne manager confirmed this in an interview with Sky: “Loris Karius is a potential newcomer. The talks are advanced, but are still ongoing. Nothing is fixed yet, so I can’t confirm anything yet.” “Bild” had previously reported on the negotiations.
Karius is still under contract with the English champions FC Liverpool, but has no future under coach Jürgen Klopp. The goalkeeper spent the past season on loan from the Turkish top club Besiktas Istanbul. The breakthrough came for the 27-year-old at FSV Mainz 05. He was in charge of the Rheinhessen from 2012 to 2016.
Next million transfer? Hertha chases Lyon star
Sports director Arne Friedrich confirmed on the DAZN microphone at half-time of the Friday evening game against Eintracht Frankfurt that Hertha from Berlin wants to be active on the transfer market again. However, he did not reveal who the capital club dredged the most. Anyone who believes media reports from Germany and France can still answer the question.
Jeff Reine-Adelaide: The Frenchman is considered a dream player for Hertha. (Source: UCL pool photo / imago images)
Jeff Reine-Adelaide from Olympique Lyon is supposed to improve Hertha’s midfield center. Around 25 million euros are on the table for the French. Stade Rennes are also interested, they say. But Lyon does not want to sell his protégé to a direct competitor. That’s why Hertha is probably the favorite, also with the player. Interesting: In the league game Lyons against Lorient at the weekend, Reine-Adelaide is missing from the squad, nothing is known about an injury to the 22-year-old. It could therefore happen very quickly on the transfer market.
In the current summer, Hertha has already made several million dollar newcomers with Deyovaisio Zeefuik, Alexander Schwolow Jhon Cordoba. In the winter, with Santiago Ascacibar, Lucas Tousart, Matheus Cunha and Krzysztof Piatek, four players were bought, all of which cost a double-digit million fee. The next case could follow with Reine-Adelaide.
DFB player may go: Rüdiger soon with Tuchel?
Antonio Rüdiger may soon no longer play for Chelsea. Trainer Frank Lampard apparently no longer plans with the German national player. Rüdiger could be loaned out, and a sale is also considered possible.

From France it is said that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in the central defender. “RMC Sport” has even reported ongoing talks between the clubs. Coach Thomas Tuchel’s team can use a new man for the defense center. Thiago Silva’s departure (joined Chelsea) leaves a void at PSG.
Report: Hoffenheim is interested in signing Rudy
According to a media report, Bundesliga club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim is interested in signing midfielder Sebastian Rudy from FC Schalke 04. According to Friday’s “Bild” newspaper, coach Sebastian Hoeneß and manager Alexander Rosen can imagine another change from the national player to the Europa League participant.
Rudy played in Hoffenheim from 2010 to 2017 and was loaned from the Gelsenkirchen team last season. According to the report, TSG let a purchase clause lapse. Nevertheless, the 30-year-old could switch to the Kraichgau again on loan or completely.
Santiago Arias is moving to Bayer Leverkusen
Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen have signed Colombian international Santiago Arias. The 28-year-old will initially be on loan from Atletico Madrid for one season, after which Bayer will have a purchase option that is said to be between ten and twelve million euros.
“We have signed a very experienced player who will help us quickly,” said Leverkusen’s sporting director Rudi Völler. “Because of the high stress in the many English weeks ahead, this transfer was important for the stability of our team.”
Kevin-Prince Boateng moves to the second division of Italy
Kevin-Prince Boateng moves to the Italian second division soccer club AC Monza. A spokesman for the club of Italy’s former head of government Silvio Berlusconi confirmed on Thursday on request. Boateng was last loaned to Besiktas Istanbul from Serie A club Fiorentina. Previously, Italian media had reported unanimously about the upcoming change of the Berlin native. The 83-year-old Berlusconi bought the club two years ago. In the summer, Monza was promoted to Serie B and is now aiming for the jump to Serie A.

The Uruguayan soccer star Luis Suarez is moving from FC Barcelona to league rivals Atletico Madrid. Both clubs confirmed a general agreement on the transfer late on Wednesday evening. Subject to the medical check, the attacker is said to sign a two-year contract in the Spanish capital and earn nine million euros a year in the future.
On Wednesday afternoon, the 33-year-old left the Catalans training ground for the last time in tears. The Spanish TV channel Gol showed footage of the striker’s departure in his SUV, Suarez wiped the tears from his eyes with his sleeve.
Suarez has played at Barca since 2014. He was supposed to move to the Italian record champions Juventus Turin, but the deal fell through. On Thursday he wants to say goodbye to the fans at a press conference (12.30 p.m.).
Fix: Leipzig sign Haaland strike partner
After a few delays, RB Leipzig made the signing of the Norwegian international striker Alexander Sörloth perfect. The 24-year-old signed a contract with the Champions League semi-finalist on Tuesday until 2025. For this, the Bundesliga club is reported to pay around 20 million euros in transfer fees plus two million euros in bonus payments. Premier League club Crystal Palace has to share this sum with Trabzonspor, where Sörloth was last loaned to.
The edgy and fast Sörloth is 1.94 meters tall as his Norwegian national team colleague Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund. The native of Trondheim is supposed to interplay with the South Korean Hee-chan Hwang and the Dane Yussuf Poulsen to catch the 28-goal record of Timo Werner, who has moved to Chelsea, and Patrik Schick, who has moved to Bayer Leverkusen. In the preseason, the 90-pound man scored 24 goals in 34 games for Trabzonspor and also provided nine assists.
Atletico striker Morata returns to Juve on loan
The Spanish national soccer player Alvaro Morata returns to the “old lady” four years after leaving Juventus Turin. According to the Atletico Madrid clubs involved, the 27-year-old will initially be on loan for one year to the team of superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and ex-world champion Sami Khedira.
Juve pays a loan fee of ten million euros for the striker. In 2021, Turin can sign Morata, who played for the Italian record champions from 2014 to 2016, for 45 million transfer fees or borrow another season for another ten million. Should Turin only want to buy the star striker in 2022, a transfer fee of 35 million euros would be due.
Ex-Bayern star Vidal changes – for one million euros
Inter Milan have signed Arturo Vidal from FC Barcelona. Both clubs confirmed this on Tuesday. As Barça announced, Inter pays around one million euros in bonus payments for the Chilean.
Vidal has been on the sidelines for the Catalans for a few weeks, Inter showed great interest in the “warrior” that coach Antonio Conte in particular wanted to have. Now the contract was awarded to the Italians.
For Vidal it is the second engagement in Italy. From 2011 to 2015 he played for Juventus Turin before moving to FC Bayern, where he played for three years.
Leno gets competition
National football goalkeeper Bernd Leno faces new competition from the English top club Arsenal: The Londoners signed Alex Runarsson from the French first division club Dijon FCO as number two behind the former Leverkusen player. “We want to create healthy competition in the squad and we look forward to Alex adding more depth to the goalkeeper position in the future,” said Arsenal team manager Mikel Arteta.
Runarsson, 25, is an Icelandic international and has signed a four-year contract with the Gunners.

Bale returns to the Premier League
Welsh football star Gareth Bale returns to Tottenham Hotspur after seven years at Real Madrid – initially on loan. The English Premier League club announced the transfer on Saturday. The 31-year-old had already traveled to the Spurs training center in Enfield on Friday, where he was greeted with chants by around 50 fans.
Bale moved from Southampton to Tottenham in 2007, and in 2013 he moved to Real Madrid for the then world record transfer fee of 100 million euros. In Madrid he had not played a major role under coach Zinedine Zidane, after the end of the Corona lockdown he only played 48 minutes in the twelve games.
Subotic leaves Union Berlin
Neven Subotic moves to the Turkish Süper Lig. The central defender joins the first division club Denizlispor. It was announced a good four weeks ago that the 31-year-old would be leaving the Bundesliga club Union Berlin after a year.
“I had a great year in Berlin, together we experienced many unforgettable moments. The fact that we were able to confidently hold the class at the end of the season was confirmation of our good work,” said Subotic. The development means that he “wants to look for a new challenge again,” said the veteran.
Subotic moved from the French first division club AS St. Etienne to Berlin last summer and played 23 competitive games in Union’s first Bundesliga year. The defensive specialist managed a hit.

Swap players? Draxler probably before moving to Arsenal
Julian Draxler is about to move to the English capital club Arsenal. This is reported by the French sports newspaper “L’Equipe”. Accordingly, the German international should be part of a spectacular player swap. His previous employer, Champions League finalist Paris Saint-Germain, is trying to attract the London midfielder Matteo Guendouzi. The 21-year-old was trained at PSG until 2015 before moving to the Thames via FC Lorient in 2018.
Arsenal are said to be demanding a € 35 million transfer fee for Guendouzi, who is contractually bound to them until the summer of 2022. Draxler should not be averse to a transfer to London, writes “L’Equipe”. How far the former Bundesliga professional would push Guendouzi’s transfer fee or whether there will be a balanced swap is unknown.
DFB talent changes within Italy
The German young footballer Lennart Czyborra is moving from Atalanta Bergamo to CFC Genoa within the Italian Serie A. The 21-year-old will be loaned for two years, after which a purchase obligation applies to Genoa, as the two clubs announced. The left-back, who had gone through all the youth national teams from the U18 to the U20, had only switched to the Champions League participant Bergamo in January.
At the club of international Robin Gosens, Czyborra had since come only to a Serie A appearance in the 6-2 win over Brescia Calcio in July. In Genoa, which only just managed to stay in the league as 17th last season, the young professional should have better chances of regular appearances. In Germany, Czyborra had played for FC Schalke, Energie Cottbus, Hertha BSC and 1. FC Union Berlin, among others.

RB Leipzig and the Spanish defender Angelino should agree, according to information from the “kicker”, about a renewed loan. The 23-year-old was on loan from Manchester City to the Saxon Bundesliga club from January until the late end of the season due to the corona pandemic.

Now it should be about the transfer between Bilbao and FC Bayern. Martinez was Munich’s record purchase of 40 million euros in 2012. Mamba and his advisors were already at the Geißbockheim to sign the contract, but according to information from several media outlets, more serious muscular problems had been diagnosed during the medical examination. Now the much sought-after Robin Hack (22) from the second division club 1. FC Nürnberg is in focus. According to information from the Express, the talks are “well advanced” and the transfer should be perfect “within the next week”.

He likes the Eindhoven football, which is looked after by the former Bundesliga coach Roger Schmidt, “very well. Eindhoven always plays for titles, that’s my goal too. FC Bayern says goodbye to Coutinho – but not Perisic
As expected, Bayern Munich bid farewell to loan player Philippe Coutinho to his home club FC Barcelona.

Manchester United will Leipzig-Verteidiger holen
An exit clause that is supposedly slightly over 40 million euros can only be activated in the coming year.

Accordingly, United would have to enter into free negotiations with Leipzig. RB boss Oliver Mintzlaff had not completely ruled out a departure from Upamecano recently, but only indicated a general willingness to negotiate in the event of a “completely immoral offer”. The price should therefore be well above the clause. Last year, Leipzig rejected an offer from Arsenal FC for 60 million euros.
