It is done ! Yohann Pelé finally extended his contract with Olympique de Marseille.
OM has closed its case for the guards. While Yohann Pelé, at the end of the contract, seemed to be leaving the Marseille club, on the contrary he initialed an extension for one more season as a double for Steve Mandanda. For Andre Villas-Boas, it is the certainty of retaining a porter who has proven himself in this difficult role of second man.
Arrived in 2015, the former Manceau finally only held one season, that of Mandanda’s departure in the Premier League, but since then, he has been able to work in the shadows and show his best face when his coach calls on him.
In total, he has played 85 games with Olympique de Marseille. Last season, he notably stopped a penalty in Metz in the league and another in Lyon in the Coupe de France despite the elimination.
Congratulations 👏 to Yohann Pelé who continues his adventure with OM ⚪️🔵 #To the point
